Uniquely positioned at Triad, our Project Principals perform all the
traditional project manager duties and add the high-level, business-to-business
consulting of a company principal. Thinking strategically for your project and
the team, their responsibilities fall into three categories.
First, they understand, anticipate and meet your needs. Through their personal
connection with you, they learn about your business goals and project vision.
They shoulder some of the load by sharing responsibilities that otherwise would
be yours to manage; taking on issues that otherwise would be yours to solve.
They're the project's front line and aspire to become your trusted advisor.
Second, they're your internal advocate. Putting their Triad background and
knowledge to work, they build and direct a cohesive team of technical leads from
each of our departments. The proactive communication hub for your project, they
manage resources, foresee challenges, and keep your project on track.
Third, they develop strong external relationships, bringing agency staff and
other consultants around the conference table when you need them.
