Project Description:
The Mill Creek Family YMCA is Triad’s fourth recent “Y”
project with GLY; others include Highline, Coal Creek, and Federal Way. The Mill Creek facility is getting a
$2 million facelift that includes a 14,000-square-foot addition and indoor
swimming pool. The updated facility will re-open in early 2010. Triad surveyors
are performing construction staking to include horizontal and vertical control
for site grading and utility installation.
