accommodate development of the new multi-family communities of Beaumont and Chateau Woods, it was necessary to replace substandard water mains on Woodinville-Duvall Road approximately 1.5 miles northeast of the site. The project was required to increase fire flow to the community while maintaining adequate operating pressure to Woodinville s Hilltop area. Triad Associates performed topographic and right-of-way surveys and designed approximately 1,700 lineal feet of 12-inch ductile iron, water main replacing 6- and 8-inch asbestos cement water main in Woodinville-Duvall Road between 151st AVE NE and 156th AVE NE.
