Construction&nbsp;to&nbsp;integrate an inviting community gathering space into the neighborhood. The result is <st1:place w:st="on"><st1:placename w:st="on">Wisteria</st1:PlaceName> <st1:placetype w:st="on">Park</st1:PlaceType></st1:place>, a centrally located neighborhood pocket park that is essentially the front yard for many residences. The park includes&nbsp;open lawn, children's play area,&nbsp;a plaza, and picnic seating &#8211; all tied together by large boulders that were salvaged from the site during construction. The boulders provide additional seating, play structure, and aesthetic appeal.
