<br /> Renton, Washington <br /> <br /> <b>Project Description: </b> <br /> Once former Boeing property, The Landing is a 68-acre urban village located in Renton s south Lake Washington neighborhood. Triad s full compliment of services worked with Fairfield Residential on two buildings containing 880 residential units and 15,000 square feet of retail space. Our Civil Engineering services included grading design, private road design, and stormwater management, as well as utility design for the water and sanitary sewer services. Survey services included boundary and topographic surveys; horizontal and vertical control surveys; construction layout, building grid lines, floor grid lines and slab edges; foundation and footings; site utilities, elevator pits, and off-site utility infrastructure staking. Our Landscape Architects provided the street frontage pedestrian way and landscape design and rooftop courtyard open space design. An equally important aspect of this project was the coordination with several consultants for the onsite work as well as coordination with the City of Renton.
