Project Description:
Talus is a hillside community with 1,735 residential units, 800,000 square feet
of office space, and 50,000 square feet of retail space. The pedestrian-oriented
village has a variety of housing types, styles, and densities, clustered on the
northern half of the site. The southern half of the site is a natural woodland
connection to Cougar Mountain Regional Park and Squak Mountain. With additional
open space and trails interlaced in the development, nearly 73 percent of the
total site will remain undeveloped.
