Project Description:
Triad’s surveyors and civil
engineers contributed to the construction of this private K-8 school on an
existing Bellevue church site. Services
included preparing a boundary and topographic survey and preliminary grading and
utility plans for a Conditional Use Permit. Other services included coordinating
the design and phasing of construction with the onsite facilities director, the
school principal, project architect and landscape architect. Triad engineers
also prepared final grading and utility plans and provided consultation services
during Phase 1 construction.
