Project Description:
Located on 56 acres off Interstate 90 east of Issaquah, the 3-story,
150,000 square-foot casino is the first on the Eastside and the closest to
Seattle. It
features a Great Lodge design using stone, timbers and a Northwest color
palette. Entertainment amenities include three restaurants, a 400-seat live
theater, piano lounge, cigar bar, and machine and table games. In the design
phase, Triad surveyors performed boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys,
horizontal and vertical control and monitoring. Our civil
engineers provided design services for site grading and utilities,
including storm water detention and water quality ponds, storm, sewer and water
piping. During the construction phase, Triad surveyors provided the necessary staking for the
project.
