Project Description:
Triad's surveyor, engineer, and landscape teams all contributed their talent to
this 85-unit, condominium community located in Bellevue's picturesque Lakemont
area. We performed the topographic and boundary surveys and designed the
stormwater and utility infrastructure. Our landscape services included the
project entry; pedestrian lighting, planting and irrigation for all common
areas; and active and passive recreation design.
