Project Description:
When working on Rock Creek Ridge, Triad's surveying and engineering teams took advantage of the site's natural beauty including spectacular views of Mt. Si and two creeks running along the property boundaries. The lowest spot on this 233-unit, North Bend apartment complex coincided with the site's entry point. This required our engineers to design a road to run on a land bridge between the site's two-cell detention facility. Our survey support started with the initial site design and continued to final financing.
