Project Description:
Triad Associates has worked on the Unocal Tank Farm cleanup site just south of
downtown Edmonds since 1993, performing topographic surveys and staking for
excavation and hazardous material mapping. In addition to the cleanup project,
Triad also worked on the upper portion of the property, performing the civil
engineering and surveying services for the upscale Point Edwards condominiums.
Overlooking the Edmonds waterfront, this 23-acre, 343-unit project began in late
2003. The high-end units are housed in ten, three-story buildings and feature
floor plans ranging from 550 to 2,500 square. The complex also includes a 6,000
sf community center equipped with a fitness facility, media room and swimming
pool.
