Luxury apartment living at Millington at Merrill Creek. This 18-building, 344-unit, Craftsman-style apartment community features a resort-style pool and spa, fitness facility, and computer center. Our first project for San Diego-based Fairfield, Triad was lead consultant on the 32-acre site.
