re-development, they&#8217;re encountering many significant historic buildings. One example is the 85-year-old Pacific Building, location of the McKay Ford dealership showrooms for 40 years. &nbsp;Located on Seattle&#8217;s Westlake Avenue North, the building is architecturally, culturally and historically significant. To assist the project architect and RAFN Construction, Triad&#8217;s surveyors used laser scanning technology to capture a &#8220;point cloud of data&#8221; representing the building&#8217;s ornate terra cotta and stained glass façade, ornate showroom and fountain.
