Services Provided:

Location:
Kirkland and Redmond, Washington
Project Description:
In 1998, Lake Washington School District began a massive modernization plan
aimed at keeping each of its school buildings functioning and effective. In
support of this program, Triad performed design, construction and as-built
surveys for improvements to the following schools: Lake Washington and Redmond
High School; Kirkland, Finn Hill and Inglewood Junior High Schools; and Horace
Mann, Lakeview, Thoreau, Juanita, Dickinson, Frost, Franklin and Carson
Elementary Schools. School sites range in size from 1 to 40 acres. To streamline
the design process, the surveys required thorough research and precise field
surveying to accurately depict the existing site conditions for project
architects, engineers and construction.
