This 375-acre site is mostly till soils and requires over 90 acre-feet of stormwater detention to be integrated into the landscape as an amenity. Triad planners and engineers are designing the conceptual water, sewer and stormwater systems, assisting with the EIS, preparing the development agreement and coordinating entitlements for the master planned community.
