Kent Station is a $130 million, 700,000-square-foot,
mixed-use revitalization reality for the City of Kent. It includes a branch
community college campus, movie multiplex, shopping center, restaurants, and a
planned hotel and condominium complex. Featuring a resident-friendly town plaza,
this community gathering space is located next to Sound Transit's commuter rail
station and a short walk to downtown Kent.
