Project Description:
Juanita Village is a vibrant 11.42-acre mixed-use development with 70,000 square feet of retail and commercial space, parking, landscaped plazas and courtyards with 459 multi-family residential units. Originally developed in the 1960s, the site had deteriorated to aging, scattered businesses, abandoned buildings and overgrown grassy fields. Now this urban redevelopment and cleanup project is a bustling European-style village and the focal point for the North Kirkland community.
