Project Description:
Port Blakely Communities - the master developer of Issaquah Highlands - asked
Triad to redesign the preliminary plat for Village Green to attract developers
who wanted to build new high-density attached and detached single-family homes.
Triad worked closely with the new buyers - Steve Burnstead Construction, Atlin
Investments, and The Dwelling Company - to create a preliminary plat that
accommodated their distinctly different products. Once the plan was approved,
each hired us to continue working with their architects to refine the
development plans and provide additional services.
