developers all came together to make Greenbrier possible. The winner of a design completion, developer CamWest was able to purchase the 22-acre parcel of King County-owned surplus land at a discount. Triad engineers designed the preliminary plat, grading, street improvements and utilities and prepared the final plat. Triad surveyors provided boundary, topographic, and ALTA surveys, and performed the staking for construction. The completed project has three affordable housing options, including 50 senior rental units, 50 family rental units and 70 single-family homes. A pedestrian-oriented community, Greenbrier has a trail system that connects residential areas with a wetland, a community center and a half-acre park.
