</b> <br /> In 2008, Triad completed its fourth sewer lift station design for projects located in Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District. This latest project served Good Samaritan Episcopal Church and surrounding properties generating a total of 100 ERUs. In addition to the lift station (rock-catch manhole, wet well, duplex submersible pumps, valve chamber and enclosed control panel with telemetrics), this project involved extension of approximately 1050 lf of 8 gravity sewer main, 400 lf of 4 sewer force main, and 350 lf of 8 water main. The project was needed to replace the church s aging private grinder pump system and to provide service for the Lake Washington School District s newest elementary school. Design and construction was successfully fast-tracked to meet the school s fall opening date.
