Samaritan Hospital&#8217;s new Patient Care Tower, Central Utility Plant (CUP) and parking garage. Supporting Skanska and the design team, Triad surveyors are providing continuous mapping of existing site conditions critical to final design of this fast-tracked project. They are performing construction layout for the patient tower, CUP and parking garage, as well as campus site grading and shoring, mapping and construction support for existing campus buildings, pedestrian links and connecting tower-to-CUP tunnel. In addition to staking all infrastructure grading, street improvements and off-site utilities, our surveyors have also completed deformation monitoring of site shoring and the tunnel.
