Description: </b> <br /> Triad Associates performed an assessment of the 85-year-old water and sanitary sewer systems at historic Fort Lawton, located in the middle of Seattle s Discovery Park. Client Forest City will use the findings and system re-design as they move forward with two projects at the park. First they will remodel the former officers quarters into historically interesting condominiums and sold to the public. Second, they will demolish another section of military housing and turn that property back to the City of Seattle for more parkland.
