Project Description:
In 2002, Evergreen Christian Fellowship took ownership of a 22-acre site near
the commercial center of the City of Sammamish. In 2008, they completed the
first phase of the project – a 60,000 SF church building with 320 parking stalls
along the east side of the city’s
228th Ave NE parkway. Site considerations
included over 17 acres of wetland and wetland buffers. Triad engineers and
landscape architects designed the project to minimize and mitigate impacts to
the surrounding sensitive areas while providing site access and utilities to
serve the congregation. Assisting with the project, Triad planners guided the
church through the entitlement and permitting process. During site design and
construction, Triad surveyors provided topographic survey and construction
staking services.
