Project Description:
This 288-unit development features a bold central spine corridor that connects the leasing building; swimming pool; recreation building with a tot lot and plaza; and a large grove of conifer trees. Strong pedestrian trials meander among the buildings linking families, facilities and services across the community. Triad worked closely with City of Redmond staff and Murray Franklyn to satisfy submittal requirements. In the end, construction plans were approved before those of other competing projects.
