Project Description:
CRISTA is a 57-acre school and senior housing campus consisting of 14 aging
buildings and an athletic complex. A multi-disciplinary team at Triad is
providing civil engineering and landscape architectural master planning services
for the proposed redevelopment of the campus. Challenges on this project include
meeting the needs of a mixed-age population – pre-school through senior citizens
– and making sure the site is operational throughout development. The master
plan includes both new buildings, demolition of existing facilities and site
rehabilitation. During the master planning phase of this project Triad civil
engineers and landscape architects have worked on utility improvements, phasing
plans for the infrastructure improvements, pedestrian circulation, conceptual
planting and tree retention, and frontage improvements.
