Project Description:
Meticulous detailing and craftsmanship highlight this historic Seattle home. A new deck with built in benches and
stone inlay provide a great space for relaxing while enjoying the summer.
Stacked stone retaining walls surround the area and offer an aesthetic solution
to the site’s grading challenges. Concrete stairs with slate detailing create a
warm entrance to the home and blend seamlessly into the surrounding plantings
and architecture. Other design details include concrete and wood arbors, accent
lighting system, and a natural water feature.
