</b> <br /> Bridges is a 160-acre site currently being developed into a 379 single-family home community. When complete this site will include:<br /> &nbsp;<li>Three detention ponds with a total stormwater capacity&nbsp; of 16-acre feet; <br /> <br /> <li>Over 14 acres of open space, including six parks and site-wide recreational trails that tie into the area&#8217;s regional trails system.</li> <br /> <br /> The result is a park-like, walkable neighborhood with recreation amenities that are integrated into the site&#8217;s stormwater management system. Site constraints include existing wetlands, Olson Creek, a 60-inch water line, and a BPA power transmission line. Several agencies were involved in the review process: the City of Kent for roads, storm and water; City of Auburn for sewer; and King County for frontage improvements. Triad Associates&#8217; team worked closely with the client and the municipal representatives to facilitate the process and provide a one-point source for information and communication.
