Location:

Project Description:
The 15th branch to be built under Seattle’s “Libraries for All” bond
measure, this 15,000-square-foot library and adjoining 3,600-square-foot
neighborhood service center uses sustainable design elements inside and out – a
green roof, skylights, solar panels, and recycled materials. The busiest of all
Seattle
libraries, the $10M facility is one of the most environmentally friendly public
buildings in the Northwest. Working for PCL Construction, Triad provided the
full range of construction survey services on this award-winning project – site
and building control as well as staking for excavation, storm, sewer, water,
grading and paving.
