180th Street SE Lift Station
The McNaughton Group had preliminary plat approval for this south Snohomish
County location but development on the 388-acre site couldn’t proceed without a
sewer. We negotiated with neighboring Alderwood Water & Wastewater District to
pump sewage over the hill to AWWD’s existing gravity sewer. More

Fort Lawton Water & Sewer Utility Upgrades
Triad Associates performed an assessment of the 85-year-old water and sanitary
sewer systems at historic Fort Lawton, located in the middle of Seattle’s
Discovery Park. Client Forest City will use the findings and system re-design as
they move forward with two projects at the park. More |

Good Samaritan Lift Station Sewer
Extension
In 2008, Triad completed its fourth sewer lift station design for projects located
in Sammamish Plateau Water and Sewer District. In addition to the lift station,
this project involved extension of approximately 1050 lf of 8” gravity sewer
main, 400 lf of 4” sewer force main, and 350 lf of 8” water main. More |

Sirkin Off-Site AC Water Main Replacement
Triad Associates performed topographic and right-of-way surveys and designed
approximately 1,700 lineal feet of 12-inch ductile iron, water main replacing 6-
and 8-inch asbestos cement water main in Woodinville-Duvall Road between 151st
AVE NE and 156th AVE NE.
