Kentlake Highlands is a 310-lot, single-family residential
community located in King County, Washington. Triad took advantage of the
variations in the area’s soil types to provide an innovative drainage solution
saving the client costs that would have been otherwise encountered using

Shamrock Heights
In June of 2003, King County enacted the Built Green/Low
Impact Development Demonstration Ordinance. The county had three goals: to
change building practices in ways that reduce environmental impacts, to use
resources in a more sustainable way, and to provide more healthy living spaces.

The Reserve
The Reserve is a 28-acre site with a regional stormwater
facility situated near the center of the development. The facility contains over
20-acre feet of detention and serves 126 homes within The Reserve, as well as
over 100 homes in the adjacent development of Crofton Hills. More |
