$3.6M renovation. Working for Premier Field Development, Triad surveyors are
providing construction staking and as-built surveys for the project.

Snoqualmie Casino
Located on 56 acres off Interstate 90 east of Issaquah, the 3-story, 150,000
square-foot casino is the first on the Eastside and the closest to Seattle. In
the design phase, Triad surveyors performed boundary, topographic, and ALTA
surveys, horizontal and vertical control and monitoring.

The Mill Creek Family YMCA is Triad’s fourth recent “Y”
project with GLY; others include Highline, Coal Creek, and
Federal Way.
