Beaver Lake Preserve
When the City of Sammamish purchased the property
on the shores of Beaver
Lake, it declared that Beaver Lake
Preserve would be forever protected in its natural and open space condition.
For this passive park, Triad Associates completed a topographic survey on a
portion of the park site for the design of the parking area and restrooms.

City of Kirkland Vertical Control Survey
Triad Associates’ surveyors worked with the City of Kirkland to establish NAVD
1988, 2nd Order, 1st Class elevations on approximately 70 monuments in the city. More |

City of Redmond Vertical Control Survey
Triad Associates recently updated the City’s vertical control network
established in 1989. The primary purposes for the comprehensive survey were to
change the vertical datum from NGVD 29’ to NAVD 88’, to set new benchmarks and
to replace damaged or destroyed benchmarks. More |

On-Call Survey for Snohomish County PUD
Triad Associates was an on-call surveyor for Snohomish County PUD from 1993 to
2005, completing numerous surveys for design of the County’s infrastructure
improvements, including Sultan Pipeline and the Storm Lake Water Tank Site. More |

SVID Enclosed Lateral Improvements
The two-year project includes $30 million of design and construction work funded
by shovel-ready, stimulus money. For Phase 1 and 2, Triad is providing survey
control for the aerial mapping of 19 miles of laterals and will remain on-call
for additional surveying as needed.
