Talus is a hillside community with
1,735 residential units, 800,000 square feet of office space, and 50,000 square
feet of retail space. The pedestrian-oriented village has a variety of housing
types, styles, and densities, clustered on the northern half of the site.

The Villages
The Villages is a 1,200-acre site that includes unique
environmentally sensitive areas and infiltrative soils, thereby allowing us to
integrate low impact development techniques into the stormwater management plan.
Triad planners and engineers are designing the conceptual water, sewer and
stormwater systems, assisting with the EIS, preparing the development agreement
and coordinating entitlements for the master planned community. More |

Issaquah Highlands
Port Blakely Communities - the master developer of
Issaquah Highlands - asked Triad to redesign the preliminary plat for Village
Green to attract developers who wanted to build new high-density attached and
detached single-family homes.
