Evans Creek at
Woodbridge
This 288-unit development features a
bold central spine corridor that connects the leasing building; swimming pool;
recreation building with a tot lot and plaza; and a large grove of conifer
trees. Triad worked closely with City of Redmond staff and Murray Franklyn
to satisfy submittal requirements.

Millington at Merrill Creek
Luxury apartment living at Millington at Merrill Creek.
This 18-building, 344-unit, Craftsman-style apartment community features a
resort-style pool and spa, fitness facility, and computer center. Our first
project for San Diego-based Fairfield, Triad was lead consultant on the 32-acre
site.

Rock Creek Ridge
When working on
Rock Creek Ridge, Triad's surveying and engineering teams took advantage of the
site's natural beauty including spectacular views of Mt. Si and two creeks
running along the property boundaries. The lowest spot on this 233-unit, North
Bend apartment complex coincided with the site's entry point. More |

85-unit, condominium community located in Bellevue's picturesque Lakemont area.
We performed the topographic and boundary surveys and designed the stormwater
