Kirkland Parks,
Recreation & Open Space Plan Update
Triad Associates was selected by the City of Kirkland to assist the Parks and
Community Services Department in their 2008 update of the Parks, Recreation, and
Open Space Plan. Our scope included an inventory of the City’s park system and a
review and analysis of the City’s Park LOS methodology. More

Lake Stevens Buildable Lands Report
Triad completed an analysis of employment and population capacity for the City
of Lake Stevens Urban Growth Area. This project involved reviewing inventory
work completed by the County, determining appropriate densities and critical
area buffer assumptions to use based on city and county codes and infrastructure
availability, and calculating residential and employment capacity using GIS. More |

Lake Wilderness Golf Course Development
Analysis
The City of Maple Valley needed to determine what to do about its money-losing
golf course – sell it for re-development or continue to run it, covering the
fiscal shortfall by imposing a “special benefit” assessment on adjacent property
