Snoqualmie Casino
Roundabout
The projected traffic volumes at the main entrance of the newly constructed
Snoqualmie Casino warranted a conventional signalized intersection along North
Bend Way. Triad Associates’ civil engineers worked with King County to design an
alternative to that plan.

South Lake Washington Roadway
Triad Associates provided horizontal and vertical control
for construction of sanitary sewers, storm drainage, water mains, road sub-grade
and finish grades, curbs, sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, signalization and
channelization on this City of Renton roadway project. More |

SE Newport Way Roadway Improvements
This project included construction of a 12-foot wide
multi-use pedestrian path adjacent to the existing roadway between SR-900 and
Oakcrest Drive.
Triad’s civil engineers and landscape architects designed
improvements to 3,100 lineal feet of roadway that included widening to
accommodate a pedestrian path, Ultrablock retaining wall with railings,
luminaire placement, signing and channelization. More |

SR-900 Talus Roadway Improvements
The SR-900 Improvements for Talus, almost one mile in
length, represented the umbilical cord for that new community. The improvements
replaced an aged, two-lane roadway with a three-lane+ improvement. More |
