Highways & Roadways
Snoqualmie Casino Roundabout
The projected traffic volumes at the main entrance of the newly constructed Snoqualmie Casino warranted a conventional signalized intersection along North Bend Way. Triad Associates’ civil engineers worked with King County to design an alternative to that plan.   More
South Lake Washington Roadway
Triad Associates provided horizontal and vertical control for construction of sanitary sewers, storm drainage, water mains, road sub-grade and finish grades, curbs, sidewalks, wheelchair ramps, signalization and channelization on this City of Renton roadway project.   More
SE Newport Way Roadway Improvements
This project included construction of a 12-foot wide multi-use pedestrian path adjacent to the existing roadway between SR-900 and Oakcrest Drive. Triad’s civil engineers and landscape architects designed improvements to 3,100 lineal feet of roadway that included widening to accommodate a pedestrian path, Ultrablock retaining wall with railings, luminaire placement, signing and channelization.  More
SR-900 Talus Roadway Improvements
The SR-900 Improvements for Talus, almost one mile in length, represented the umbilical cord for that new community. The improvements replaced an aged, two-lane roadway with a three-lane+ improvement.  More
