Triad is working on Good Samaritan Hospital’s new Patient Care Tower, Central
Utility Plant (CUP) and parking garage. Supporting Skanska and the design team,
Triad surveyors are providing continuous mapping of existing site conditions
critical to final design of this fast-tracked project.

Group Health Bellevue
Group Health purchased land adjacent to the Overlake Hospital Medical Center
campus to build an innovative, state-of-the-art, comprehensive specialty center
for Group Health members in East King County. Triad surveyors performed
horizontal and vertical control as well as monitoring during initial site
foundation work and construction layout the four-story building and underground

Providence Everett Medical Center
Construction has begun on a $600 million, 680,000 SF, 368-bed clinical tower for
Providence Everett Medical Center (PEMC). Triad’s work on the clinical tower
includes construction layout for the steel erection and slab edge forms. Triad
surveyors are also working on the hospital’s new central utility plant. More |
