Asarco Smelter Site
Redevelopment
Beginning in 1999, Triad Associates provided survey services for the remediation
work done at this 67-acre former copper smelter location designated an EPA
Superfund site. Services provided included GPS and topographic surveys,
hazardous material mapping, construction staking, and as-built surveys.

The Everett Riverfront Redevelopment
Triad Associates began survey work for Black & Veatch Waste Science to aid in
the site grading and surface water control. The site is currently being prepared
for the 2012 construction of a mixed-used urban center. More |

Olympic Sculpture
Park
In 1996, Triad Associates began working with Unocal on this 6-acre former fuel
storage complex. Our survey work supported the site cleanup necessary after more
than 60 years of fuel-handling operations. More |

Unocal Tank Farm
Located on the waterfront just south of downtown Edmonds, the Unocal Tank Farm
once contained 23 above-ground, bulk-fuel storage tanks. Cleanup included
removing soil contaminated with oil, sand-blast grit, arsenic and lead. Triad
Associates began work in 1993, performing topographic surveys and staking for
the excavation and hazardous material mapping.
