Bellevue Square
Renovation
It isn’t very often Triad surveyors work the night shift. It’s even rarer when
their work takes them into a high-end retail shopping center. But that’s just
what they did to support Bellevue Square’s elaborate new limestone tile design
that was selected to replace its 23-year-old quarry tile floor.

Lincoln Square Skybridge & Tunnel
A tunnel and skybridge connect Lincoln Square and Bellevue
Place high-rise complexes. The steel-and glass skybridge spans 177’ across
Bellevue’s NE 8th Street. A surveying and engineering challenge, the 13-foot
wide skybridge had to slope and angle in order to connect the two buildings’

SeaTac Airport Control Tower
The SeaTac Air Traffic Control Tower was part of a $1.8
billion airport expansion. The 233-foot-tall tower and 850-square-foot cab
increased the airport’s annual passenger capacity from 25 million to 35 million.
Working for PCL, the tower was a challenging site for Triad’s survey crew. More |
