Library
The 15th branch to be built under Seattle’s “Libraries for All” bond
measure, this 15,000-square-foot library and adjoining 3,600-square-foot
neighborhood service center uses sustainable design elements inside and out – a
green roof, skylights, solar panels, and recycled materials. More

Evergreen Christian Fellowship
Triad engineers and landscape architects designed the project to minimize and mitigate
impacts to the surrounding sensitive areas while providing site access and
utilities to serve the congregation. Assisting with the project, Triad planners
guided the church through the entitlement and permitting process. More |

Nordic Heritage Museum
For nearly three decades, the Nordic Heritage Museum
has been sharing Nordic culture from an abandoned school building. But today,
they’re on their way to building a high-profile museum on Ballard’s Northwest
Market Street. Triad assisted the museum foundation with the first step: by
providing the necessary ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey for the new property
purchase.

City of Seattle Police - Support Facility
This $25 million, adaptive re-use project included
extensive remodeling of three existing buildings totaling more than 200,000 SF
plus four acres of parking and landscaping. The resulting LEED-certified support
facility is an efficient and uplifting workspace for specialized police and
building maintenance units. During the design phase, Triad provided the
topographic surveys for architect firm, DKA.
