City of Seattle Police - Support Facility
This $25 million, adaptive re-use project included extensive remodeling of three existing buildings totaling more than 200,000 SF plus four acres of parking and landscaping. The resulting LEED-certified support facility is an efficient and uplifting workspace for specialized police and building maintenance units.
