On Call Field Survey Crew Members We are currently seeking Field Survey Crew candidates who enjoy a variety of work on a wide array of projects. Typical projects would consist of land development, boundary, cadastral, hydrographic, GPS control, mapping and route surveys. This position would assist Survey Party Chiefs in the field. The ideal candidate in this position will have a minimum of two years of experience as a Survey Crew Member, with a concentration in land development/platting and GPS survey experience, along with a demonstrated understanding of basic professional surveying principles and field safety. All candidates must be able to lift/carry up to 60 pounds of equipment and regularly stand and walk for long periods of time on rough terrain and during inclement weather. Land Use Planner / Project Manager We are looking for candidates with a land use planning background and project management skills for a position as a Land Use Planner / Project Manager. Requirements: Bachelors or Masters Degree in urban planning or related field. AICP certification is desirable. Minimum 4 years experience in land development, land use entitlement, SEPA compliance. Familiarity with public involvement strategies and land development economics. Additional education/experience in business, law, construction or natural sciences is a plus. The successful candidate will have a high energy level, keen intellect and solid career goals; they also will enjoy working closely with clients, colleagues and other consultants on challenging and important projects in a collaborative environment. Civil Engineer Are you a licensed civil engineer or EIT with a proven track record of creative solutions to land development challenges? Do you have an established record of successfully working with clients, contractors, and multi-disciplinary team members? Field Survey Party Chief We are seeking Field Survey Party Chief candidates who have at least five years of experience with – and can demonstrate and understanding of – boundary analysis & theory, error analysis/trapping, mathematics for surveying, and legal description interpretation. You must also have an established work history of successfully mentoring and leading Field Survey Crew Members. The ideal candidate will have a full range of experience with construction staking, boundary staking, topographic survey, and ALTA surveys, and a demonstrated work history of field project planning, field safety, and leadership.
